Programme for the exchange
Baltic Grain Exchange 2026 takes place on Thursday, 17 September 2026 at the Royal Opera House in Copenhagen.
- 13:00 – 17:30 Exchange opening & Exhibition floor open
- 19:15 Aperitif
- 19:45 Gala dinner

Venue & How to Get There
The Royal Opera House Ekvipagemestervej 10, 1438 Copenhagen K, Denmark
Set on Copenhagen’s waterfront on the island of Holmen, the Royal Opera House is one of the city’s landmark venues and sits around 10 minutes from the city centre.
By air. Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is a 20-minute drive or a 25-minute ride on the M2 metro (change at Kongens Nytorv).
By metro & harbour bus. Nearest metro station is Kongens Nytorv (M1/M2/M3/M4). From there, take Harbour Bus 992 directly to Operaen — the stop is at the venue’s front door. The trip takes around 5 minutes.
By taxi. All Copenhagen taxis know “Operaen.” A short ride from the city centre.
By car. Paid underground parking is available on site (entrance via Ekvipagemestervej).

All delegate passes include full conference access, exhibition floor, lunch, refreshments, networking reception.

Terms and Conditions
By attending the Baltic Grain Exchange in Copenhagen, organised by DAKOFO and ProAgro, the attendee accepts the general terms and conditions as stated below.
Data. Information disclosed during registration, such as company name, name, phone number, and email address, will be published and distributed for the purpose of organising the Baltic Grain Exchange. If the attendee wishes to have this data removed from the database, please contact bge@dakofo.dk.
Photography. Photographs will be taken during the event and may be published. Attendees may appear in one or more of these images.
Event Conduct. The Baltic Grain Exchange welcomes participants from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. We encourage all attendees to engage respectfully and considerately with one another, recognising that values and behaviours may differ. Creating a positive and professional atmosphere depends on mutual understanding and respectful interaction. We appreciate your contribution to maintaining a welcoming environment for all.
Cancellation Policy. In the event that an attendee is unable to participate in the exchange and/or the gala dinner, it is not possible to cancel the ticket. The full fee must be paid, even in the case of a no-show.
However, it is possible to change the name on the ticket within the same company. To do so, please contact bge@dakofo.dk.
Should the organisers need to cancel the Baltic Grain Exchange due to a future outbreak of COVID-19 or any mutations of the virus, only 50% of the ticket, sponsor, or exhibition fee will be refunded.
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organisers’ control (e.g. force majeure such as global pandemics, epidemics, war, strikes, extreme weather conditions, fire, or governmental actions prohibiting the event), only 50% of the registration, sponsor, or exhibition fees will be refunded. Any further liability towards the attendee shall be excluded, and the organisers cannot be held responsible in such cases.
Disclaimer. The organisers shall not be liable for any damage caused to attendees or exhibition stands. DAKOFO encourages all participants to have adequate insurance. The organisers can only be held liable in the case of a fundamental breach of contract.
